Course Description:
This course is designed to prepare candidates for the Electronics section of the ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation) Skill Test. The course covers all essential topics and concepts required for success in the examination. Through comprehensive lectures, practice exercises, and quizzes, students will gain a thorough understanding of electronics principles and applications relevant to the ISRO Skill Test.
This course is also useful for URSC/VSSC/SDSC/NRSC/IPRC/LPSC -all ISRO and BARC,DRDO,NPCIL skill test and interview preprations.

- PN junction diodes: characteristics and applications
- Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs): types, characteristics, and applications
- Field Effect Transistors (FETs): types, characteristics, and applications
Week 5-6: Amplifiers
- Introduction to amplifiers
- Amplifier configurations: common emitter, common base, common collector
- Operational amplifiers (Op-amps): characteristics and applications
- Feedback amplifiers
Week 7-8: Digital Electronics
- Number systems and codes
- Boolean algebra and logic gates
- Combinational logic circuits: multiplexers, demultiplexers, encoders, decoders
- Sequential logic circuits: flip-flops, counters, registers
Week 9-10: Communication Systems
- Introduction to communication systems
- Analog modulation techniques: AM, FM, PM
- Digital modulation techniques: ASK, FSK, PSK
